"Where is the briefing held?" +
Live on Zoom, deliberately. It keeps the session closed-door and private, lets you attend from anywhere in the world, and means neither you nor your jewellery travels for a conversation. Your gold moves only by insured armoured carrier, and only after you decide to proceed.
"Will my diamonds disappear?" +
When your jewellery arrives, the first thing we do is open it on camera. Every piece is assessed, weighed, and documented individually before anything is touched. That documentation is sent to you before dismantling begins. You verify it and sign off. Only then does the work begin. At the end, the assessment is audited again. What went in is what comes out.
"Am I erasing my mother by changing her jewellery?" +
You are doing the opposite. Gold hidden in a locker preserves nothing but guilt. The shape she gave it in was a product of her time. The gold she gave it in, that was the gift. Carried forward into a piece you wear, her gold re-enters your life instead of leaving it.
"I live in Dubai. I cannot travel to Mumbai five times." +
You do not need to. Your jewellery is collected by insured armoured logistics, covered for 110% of its value. The Vision Call happens on Zoom. The 3D prototype is shipped directly to you. You approve it on video. Only then do we cast in Mumbai. A significant share of Protocol clients live outside India, and the entire Protocol is designed to require zero studio visits.
"What if I hate the new design?" +
This cannot happen, by design. Before we cast a single gram, we 3D print your design in grey resin and ship it to you. You wear it. You check the length, the fall, the weight. If anything needs adjusting, we adjust before the gold is touched. We do not cast without the plastic approval. Zero. Design. Risk.
"What investment follows the briefing?" +
That depends entirely on your gold, which is what the assessment establishes. The briefing and your Vision Call exist so that any figure discussed is grounded in your actual inventory, not a guess.
